About Strange Top Hat
According to Dr. Manse, the hat produces an apparently unconscious but entirely irresistible urge to remove the hat. Dr. Peters casually removed the hat after voicing her intent to keep it on moments before, and rapidly removed it when it was secured with duct tape. She then had Drs. Manse and Janek physically hold the hat down on her head, which apparently triggered an impressive outburst, with Manse facetiously suggesting that due to the inventiveness of her imprecations, the hat may also enhance the wearers vocabulary.
